Well it took us almost 2 years to get rid of the hideous green on our house but it is gone! With a lot of hard work and white paint the house looks 100% better without the 70's green here and there. We also got the rain gutters put up on the back of the house that we have been meaning to do since last fall. We also got more vegetables put up for the winter. What a productive weekend we had although the house didn't get cleaned much oh well. Back on the painting business we have a prime example why you should not let kids paint! Unfortunately we can't blame the kids for this one they were not even home dang BIG Kids anyways. Well off to pick more peas, beans, and raspberries.

Well another very late post again I guess better late than never. We have been staying busy with the garden already have peas, beans, zucchini and raspberries in the freezer and lots more to come! Within the next few months that is all I'm going to be doing but it is all well worth it for all the good food we will have through the winter. Last weekend we had are yearly water party at G.G.'s house. Kids had a blast with all the water and being able to play with their cousin Jake. Lots of sun, water, and fun! Now off I go to finish dinner and all that good stuff. Like always I put together another slideshow hope everyone enjoys!

This is just another random post. The past few weeks my lilies in my yard have been blooming. I absolutely love lilies they have got to be my favorite flower. Took a few good pictures of them and thought I would share. Hopefully my next post will be about something more exciting. Hope everyone is enjoying their summer I know we sure are. Unfortunately it has gone way to fast! Within the next week or two Tyson will start working a lot longer hours due to harvesting grain then on to the potatoes and beets then poof summer is over just like that!

I found this on the web and loved it unfortunately most are so true! Reading through these I remember not to long ago talking to my sister-in-law Kimmy about her experience on the third one down.
FORGET REDNECKS;THIS IS WHAT JEFF FOXWORTHY HAD TO SAY ABOUT IDAHOANS!
If someone in a Home Depot store offers you assistance and they don't work there, you live in Idaho.
If you've worn shorts and a parka at the same time, you live in Idaho.
If you've had a lengthy telephone conversation with someone who dialed the wrong number, you live in Idaho.
If "vacation" means going anywhere south of Salt Lake City for the weekend, you live in Idaho.
If you measure distance in hours, you live in Idaho.
If you know several people who have hit a deer more than once, you live in Idaho.
If you have switched from"heat" to "A/C" and back again in the same day, you live in Idaho.
If you install security lights on your house and garage but leave both unlocked, you live in Idaho.
If you can drive 75 mph through 2 feet of snow during a raging blizzard without flinching, you live in Idaho.
If you design your kid's Halloween costume to fit over a snowsuit, you live in Idaho.
If the speed limit on the highway is 55 mph -- you're going 80, and everyone is still passing you, you live in Idaho.
If driving is better in the winter because the potholes are filled with snow, you live in Idaho.
If you know all 4 seasons: almost winter, winter, still winter, and road construction, you live in Idaho.
If you find 10 degrees "a little chilly", you live in Idaho.

Happy late 4th of July to everyone! We had a fun packed weekend. I'm finally getting this posted on my lunch hour but it works it is up! Friday we went boating with my Mom & Mike. Everyone had a blast lots of tubing, swimming and I water skied which I should have not done. I had a few good crashes but I will survive. I don't think my body was meant to do a kart wheel/somersault across the water!! That night we had Tyson's family over for a BBQ and set off some fireworks we had such a great time. Now Saturday on the other hand we just hung out at the house. All I can say is thank goodness for pain meds. The water skiing caught up with me. Sunday we headed out again for a day full of fun we went to wolverine for a four wheeler ride with my Mom & Mike. We all walked up to 40 horse cave the kids loved that. I think every time we walk up to that cave the hill becomes steeper and steeper! On the way down the boys slide down on their butts they thought that was pretty neat. We rode to the top of the W and had a picnic. We stopped on our way back to the car and the kids play in the creek and we caught butterfly's. After the ride we loaded up and drove over to Barney's Cross. Mom got another windsock and put it up on the cross. What a busy weekend but tons of fun! So many pictures like always so I put another slideshow together. Hope everyone had a great 4th of July! I would love to hear what everyone did for their 4th of July weekend.

Well I have no new pictures to update everyone with. My camera battery is dead as can be and to add to the problems I discovered that my battery charger for it has kicked the bucket. Just my luck I know! I have ordered a new charger it was suppose to be here by lets see here YESTERDAY! So anyways I think I'm going to have to break down and pull the old camera out which is so sad because I love my new camera so much and there is so much more I can do with it that I can't do with the old one. But I need to be able to catch our boating adventure some how so I guess I will suck it up like a big girl and pull the old one out. Do I really have to pull the old one out? Hopefully I will have some pictures up by the end of the weekend!
