You can't leave footprints in the sands of time if you're sitting on your butt. And who wants to leave butt prints in the sands of time?

Few happenings around here

This month I was (and still am) one excited lady one of my product is featured in Refresh Magazine (a Better Homes and Gardens Special Interest Publications). It's so fun to see my little dream grow into a great business.

After a long day of work in town a nice glass of wine and enjoying the evening in the back yard with the kiddos, chickens, rabbits, dogs and cats. Welcome to the funny farm!
Happy 14th Birthday to Miss M. Where did the time go?!?!?

My Birthday

All I wanted for my Birthday this year way roasted marshmallows and that's what I got. The hubby and kiddos built a fire (on a 100 degree day none the less) and roasted me some marshmallows. Love my family!

Happy 1st day of summer to my kiddos they had a camp out in Miss M's room.

Playing in the mud with their cousin. Oh to be a kid again

Lots of horsing around. Practicing for county fair.

Dinner by fire and of course more marshmallows.

Aunt Sue with Steve the rooster.

Clay hanging out under the desk while I work.

Bow not to happy that Clay is in his spot.

Wow can you say picture overload!

Miss M went to her 1st Jr. Rodeo on the 8th of June. She has been practicing her little heart out to prepare for this. For her 1st time ever she did amazing and she loves it!

What does one do on the way to a rodeo you ask?!?!?!?!?

Practice goat tying well minus the goat, let just call it foot tying.

Glimse into my near fututre

Life seems to never slow down and in a blink of an eye my kids are going to be grown and gone (insert big sad face). So last week Miss M left on Tuesday night to go work on horses and learn tons of stuff from one of my mom's friends. She arrived back home on Saturday afternoon. Then on Sunday she had to turn around and leave for a Rodeo Bible camp and will not be back until Wednesday afternoon. Then on top of all of that today (Monday) I sent the boys off to 4-H camp. So I sit here alone in this house that is all to quiet for my liking. One day I have a loud and crazy house filled with 3 kids the next I have nothing but quiet. I'm not much liking this and unfortunately time passes to fast and they will be out of the house, but until then I will hold them close and enjoy loving on them and tucking them into bed (when they are home).
